Vegan Pancakes

For 4 persons. Preparation time : 5 minutes and cooking time. Difficulty: 2/5. Vegan


200g soy milk

1 tablespoon brown sugar

65g buckwheat flour

65g spelt flour

2 teaspoons baking powder

1 pinch salt

Oil for cooking

To serve: maple syrup and blueberries

Step by step:

Combine all the ingredients and leave the batter to rest for 1 hour so that it fluffs up and is less flat than if you were to use it straightaway.

Cook the pancakes in your favourite frying pan.

To serve:

Drizzle maple syrup over the pancakes and decorate with fresh blueberries.
