- 80g butter at room temperature
- 80g sugar
- 2 eggs
- 80g plain flour
Step by step
- Beat the butter and sugar together – the sugar should be evenly distributed.
- Add the eggs one by one.
- Mix everything together with the flour.
Cook your waffles in a waffle maker, and use a fork to roll them to form a cone shape.
The waffles can be served on their own with a good coffee, or garnished with mascarpone cream, Greek yoghurt or another cream of your choice. A final garnish with fruits turns it into a light, gourmet dessert.
