This refreshing spring Gin-Cocktail which surprises you with the sourness of the lemon, the sweetness of the sugar sirop and the full flavour of blackberry cream. Tasty !


  • 4cl gin
  • 2,5cl fresh lemon juice
  • 2cl sugar syrup
  • 3cl blackberry liqueur


  1. Pour the gin, fresh lemon juice and sugar syrup into a shaker.
  2. Shake with ice cubes.
  3. Strain into a whisky glass filled with crushed ice.
  4. Using a spoon, slowly add the blackberry liqueur so it stays on the bottom.
  5. Decorate with a blackberry and twisted lemon peel.
