This refreshing spring Gin-Cocktail which surprises you with the sourness of the lemon, the sweetness of the sugar sirop and the full flavour of blackberry cream. Tasty !
- 4cl gin
- 2,5cl fresh lemon juice
- 2cl sugar syrup
- 3cl blackberry liqueur
- Pour the gin, fresh lemon juice and sugar syrup into a shaker.
- Shake with ice cubes.
- Strain into a whisky glass filled with crushed ice.
- Using a spoon, slowly add the blackberry liqueur so it stays on the bottom.
- Decorate with a blackberry and twisted lemon peel.
