Acai Bowl

Preparation time : 5 minutes. Using a blender, blend the frozen red fruits, half banana, Acai powder and honey.

Ingredients : 

  • 300g frozen mixed red fruits
  • ½ banana
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon Acai powder
  • +- 100ml water

For the topping

  • Blackberries
  • ½ banana
  • Red currants
  • Mixed nuts
  • Blueberries

Step by step

  • Using a blender, blend the frozen red fruits, half banana, Acai powder and honey.
  • Carefully add the water until you have a texture similar to thick yoghurt.
  • Pour the mixture into a bowl and add toppings according to taste and your inspiration.
